The Official Tennessee Titans thread IV

I like Landry, but I pass as well with Davis and Taylor maturing. Need to save cap space for the other more pressing needs IMO. Robinson may be wheeling and dealing during the draft.

With Demarco probably being released I believe we get a top defensive player

That would be wise. I'm curious about what Vrabel thinks of Cyprien. If he thinks he will work out within his system they could focus on pass rush and other needs with the money.

He's a good player. He may be back out on the market next season.

If he was on the saints, falcons, or any team above .500, his stats would be unreal. Every team in the league knows he is going to get at least 15 targets a game and yet he still has amazing stats and games despite being double teamed half of the time.

It would be a beautiful thing to see him with Davis and Taylor as MM's targets.

They decided to keep Luke Stocker at TE. Exercised their option on a deal that maxes out at $1.5 for just this season. He's their best blocking TE option at this point.

Earl Thomas and Tyrann Mathieu both reportedly on the market. Wouldn’t mind seeing us going after one of them.

I feel Thomas and Byard ate versatile enough for them to play together IMO

I don't doubt that... But for the players sake I hope they don't... If they went that route you should of thrown a hat in for the best FS/SS in the game right now... Eric Berry.

The moves tell me they have a plan. Moving Searcy for cap room means Cyprien works fine for Vrabel. They can draft one with upside or pick up one off the wire to back up. Cassell and Weems really didn't add much help, so that frees them up a couple of spots. They probably go with a seasoned back-up QB. Seeing that MM and Sharpe are training together - that probably answers the rotation questions at receiver. Will see if the keep Decker or not. They are trying to re-sign Kline at G. It looks like D picks in the early rounds unless they go with a top interior O-lineman with an early pick.

Listen VERY carefully... If Mo Hurst is there you take him and ask questions later... I think (yes my opinion) is that he is the best D-Linemen in the country...
