Did you expect him to turn a team that went 5-27 in two years into a power already? Obviously a few more playmakers are needed, but he has a 100 year old calling the defense and the offense generally seems not interested in scoring or holding the ball. I'm on board. I'm also close to giving up on Robinson he refused to address the defense when clearly it is our weakest link.

Missed this at first, but offense has been our weak link all year long.

I disagree that a few more playmakers are needed.

2 very solid running backs. One of the best TE's in the game. Decker, Matthews, Davis, Taylor is a solid WR corp. The issue is pretty much every player mentioned is being misused.

The schematics of this offense is absolutely mind blowing.

13th overall defense & 2nd rushing defense in the league. Yes pass D is bad, but they usually bend but don't break. Offense has had chance to win multiple games after the defense makes stops late in games but the offense can't capitalize. Just like UT in 2012.

Offense is clearly the issue & has been that way all season.

But they actually show up at the end of games & make stops when they need to. They have given the offense chances to win almost every single game but the offense refuses to help them out.

Honestly I don't want them to make the playoffs at this point if that means new coaching staff.

Bortles hasn't been bad his past 3 or 4 games. Hasn't thrown an INT over that span and had multi TD games in all of them.

That’s not much of a pass to give them though. A major part of the reason you’re saying “our offense isn’t good enough and needs to be scoring more” is because our pass defense is so bad that it keeps putting the other team into scoring position.

We're also 25th in the league in passing offense and 21st in terms of total yards per game. We're surprisingly slightly above average in both rushing yards and rushing attempts per game at 13th for each.
