Our coaching staff is an AARP dumpster fire.
I'm even AARP aged and know that old style stuff cannot work in today's game. They get stuck. It's the reason teams can be low scoring for 3 quarters and then light it up in the 4th to win. This team does not have that ability because they have a scheme that plods along the whole game and telegraphs most of its plays. Looks like Butch has taken over.
They are lucky to have 8 wins - it could have just as easily been 4. Yet, they have the talent for 10+ if they had a real coaching staff. The D scheme could work fine if you had a real O. You simply add a couple more quality players in the secondary and find a speed rusher in the off season. Then they are a top 10 D. But the O keeps putting them in bad spots and on the field too long.
Demarco Murray has a 3rd degree MCL tear. Im sure hell still out carry Henry Sunday.
Jags saying they wont rest their players.
Spot on. Our defense has had to bail out the offense so much. I feel bad for Delanie Walker. He has been fantastic and this team hasnt allowed him to shine more.
Decker has been great too these past weeks.
When the officials make at least 5 obvious, significant errors for one team over the other - with no corresponding significant mistakes for the other team - they are not mistakes. Hit the punter twice, replay corrected two appealed ball placements giving LAR first downs instead of 4th and one, then the on-side kick. The NFL is turning into a bad version of the WWE. If they were innocent errors by officials, they would announce suspensions for how horrible the crew was. Nothing yet. Hope they do to reestablish some credibility. But I see this stuff all the time in other games, not just the Titans.
It's been one of several completely stupid things that has happened this season. Henry gets punished for being more successful on what should be a playoff team.
Glad the Jags are playing it straight up. Maybe Mularkey and Robiskie will be shown the door.
Confirmation bias. When your attitude before the game starts is that the refs are fixing it to make one team win, youre going to find evidence to fit that belief, however ridiculous that belief is.
They blew multiple calls, a couple of which were at some of the most pivotal points in the game. You and everyone else can believe however you want, but there is no denying that crew did a horrible job.

NFL: Titans onside kick vs. Rams wiped out by officiating error
They admit they made a huge mistake after the fact. Thanks for nothing
I knew they screwed that up when they started with saying the Rams called a TO, and the Rams coaching staff immediately started saying "No we didn't." And then they were like "Uh...the ball wasn't ready for play".....like dude made up the explaination 2 seconds before he said it.
