They’re getting there. The MiLB has been using the technology to call balls and strikes for a number of years already. I believe managers get a limited number of challenges.

Seen on ESPN or MLB Network last night the automatic or "robot" ball strike will be use in MLB in 2025

I really think it's that simple. The pitching is going to be there. If we have hot bats we're going to be there all week. If we don't, we'll be out on Monday. Not a lot of over analysis from me.

Maybe ESPN will devote a "fact checker" to compiling how many bad strikezone calls each team's pitchers get, so fanbases won't have to argue over who got screwed the most. Maybe call the statistic "Balls Verified Strikes"

The myth of the cajun drinker infers they can hold their booze better than most.

They can't. They actually get quite intoxicated and get teabagged at Krystals or pass out in parking lots.

Oh, don't me wrong, they think they can drink anyone under the table. Bravado is not truth. Southerners are notorious for such bravado in all sorts of issues. But that's a history lesson for another day and best left to scholars like Thomas Sowell.
