No one is arguing that we should have kept him, but Pearl did anything but come close to destroying the program..BTW, death penalty will never happen again.

So tell me what the incompetent parts of his coaching are? Talent can make bad coaches look good. Right now, we don't have the talent to beat teams like Memphis, FL, AL, KY, Duke, etc.... New coach, needs some time to recruit and implement his system

According to CCM they do have a lot of talent. He said this team was loaded with talent. Hmmm are you saying he doesn't know what he is talking about?

I think a year or two year post ban some scholarships lost but noooooo where close to a death penalty for even saying that makes me wonder if you know what a death penalty is ?

Would we have gotten the tv ban? No.

We would have gotten postseason ban, scholarship reductions, not too mention Bruce couldn't recruit for three years. THREE!!!

That would have destroyed the program.

You just said we lost to Duke by 10 and in double overtime to Memphis. Then you say we do not have talent to play with top 25 teams. You are contradicting yourself. Do you mean top 25 teams like College of Charleston and Austin Peay.:lolabove:

Hopson thought so highly of himself, he was gone.

Stokes still couldn't play till now.

You are correct when you are playing a team that is quicker and wants to drive to the goal a zone is a good idea.

And for the last time, CoC is actually a good team. And Oakland is a pretty decent mid-major.

And Bruce lost to both these teams with more talented teams last year. AT HOME!

Exactly, it was great coaching not talent that kept us in those games. Remember, I said we don't have the talent to play with top 25 teams. Hard to be logical with a person such as yourself...:eek:k:
