We have busted their bubble in both football and baseball lately.

And women’s softball. They really don’t have anything to prove against SCJr, but they can’t accept catching lightning in a bottle from Dabo’s early days, and they don’t have much else to crow about, so they come after the Vols.
Plus, they hate Amick

Gonna be hard to watch some of these guys play their last game for UT. I can’t imagine the range of emotions they’re experiencing.
I’m praying for a win, as it will make things a bit sweeter.
Regardless, this has been one heck of a season and I’m awfully proud of the whole bunch!!!

Clemson has really developed a complex when it comes to us, which is funny.

They’ve actually had that complex for a while. They can be a nasty bunch. It’s sort of a weird place like A&M. Their fans have always felt like their degrees were equivalent to Harvard and holier than anyone else.

We have dominated them in every sport over the past few years. Not to mention we’ve been kicking their asses in recruiting their own state.

Our rise the last few years has directly coincided with their fall.

Isn’t it the other way? In football, if we had a competent coach we could have had Trevor Lawrence and Tee Higgins easily, but Clemson was able to poach guys that wanted to be here but we sucked at the time. Our fall coincided with their rise, and now we are going back to the natural order of the world.
