The run rule (courtesy of 2022 team) plays a part of getting young guys innings. There were just very few chances to get them in the game and if they got in, it was for one inning, which I don't think helps at all. It is just the way it fell this year....

The game may not have much importance but let’s not think the team doesn’t care. The same with SEC tourney. The coaches and players are competitive and it stings to lose to Vandy.

It’s been a great year but pitching has been inconsistent at times. Hoping for the best!

Been a rough year for a Tennessee team in SEC tournaments lol. For all sports.

Just happy to have teams that don't have to rely on these conference tourneys to get onto the tourney. It's nice to win one every once in awhile but give me regular season chips anyday.
