I don't think that is totally it. I think that what bothers a lot of those that are opposed to those 'proclivities' is that they seem to want to tell everyone about it. I don't care what you do or who you do it with... I just don't ****ing want to hear about it. It isn't something to be celebrated. It is your private personal thing. You proud that you are gay? Good for you. I don't care, and you certainly don't deserve special privilege for being so.

I don't think there is any 'fear', and what is there to understand? Some dude would rather get all up in Dink's than in Sydney whatshername? Yeah... maybe it is hard to understand at that. But I still don't want to hear about it.
