I use treadmills but I hate them. Just feels like it's going on forever. Like being outside better. Especially if the route goes through UCF and the temperatures are warm.

4.5 mile fast/pace (7:40/mi) run today after work. Feeling some pain from what I think is a metatarsal bursitis...trying a metatarsal pad, will see if it helps.
