The Runner's thread

I've used a treadmill more this winter than I ever have. It has helped me with my pace.

I used it last night during the first half of the Vols bball game. Made the run and pain from my fat burning away seem less.

4.5 this morn including tweaked ankle and bloody knee.

108 total.

Knee's fine, but the ankle might cost me a couple days.

Had the nipple replaced with a volcano tip from my son's science kit. Works like a champ if I stay calm. If I get too excited, I lactate a little plasma.

4.5 mile fast/pace (7:40/mi) run today after work. Feeling some pain from what I think is a metatarsal bursitis...trying a metatarsal pad, will see if it helps.

Ran 7.5 mi to pick up my Jeep I left at 50 Beers bar last night. Sweat it all out.

Mile count 118.5
