What do y'all reccommend for very tight hamstrings? I feel like I'm about to pull my left (from 2 games Saturday) and my right is almost as tight from practice today. Just ice or anything else I can do? I took an anti inflammatory to help and iced a little today, but I have a game tomorrow night...

Just to stretch them as much as possible as long as there is no pain involved. When you are icing them, try to do so in a position that stretches them at the same time.
 
Have some one "roll" them out for you. Best option is a myofacial roller but if u don't have one u can really use anything, a hair spray can, soup can,whatever. Just lay on your stomach n have someone roll it from behind ur knees to the bottom of ur cheeks over n over

Downloaded HP 12B for my phone. Can be used while GPS is telling me mileage. Thing does it all. Used it as a catheter yesterday, then flipped it upside down for a ready made IV.
