I may be a little off. But none were well over half a mile longer

Heck there is an ultra series here where all the races are 2-3 miles longer than advertised. 50k race ends up being 33-34 miles. The race director calls them Horton (his last name) miles. I'm thinking if I ever get around to running a 50k, I don't need any extra miles at the end.

My end goal is to complete a 50 mile race. I'm thinking that by then of 50 miles or even 50k it's not going to make a difference whether I've done 31 or 35 miles.

Bought the Mizuno Sayanora 2s today. The Garmin GPS watch I bought was garbage, it kept freezing and losing the GPS signal during runs so I returned it and came home with the new shoes and $53. First test tomorrow

you don't pay attention to me at all. I bet you made a fantastic Drill Sergeant! That's what I had. We've had this discussion like 8 times . I'm going back to it. I had cracked the screen, not bad, just one solid crack through the center. It's still usable and still easily readable, I just thought I'd upgrade. Will probably wind up getting a new one of those eventually.

4.5 group hash run tonight. No drinking for me, so I was naturally one of the first to return to the bar - but there are still plenty of drunk people that are way faster than I am.

Contemplating a 5k trail race on Saturday morning here local.

3.3 at 8:02 pace. Felt strong through out the run. I did have some interesting experiences with cars today. Had several that had room to move over and just didn't. Very frustrating. I was running in a neighborhood not a main road either.

Ran 2 at 8:00 and felt like crap. I think it's my foot acting up again.

3.4 in just over 27 minutes yesterday, 2.3 in a hair over 16 minutes today. Easy runs both times.
