I'll say this, from an insurance perspective, it looks to be awfully expensive for a wind farm to maintain operations in the first place. Those premiums are through the roof.
It certainly could be ... it could also suggest a funding initiative in the future to push the Generation IV Nuclear Energy Systems (or perhaps research for a Generation V :blink.
The part I liked most is how he mentioned that 2 million new jobs have been created - 200,000 of which are construction and clean energy (or was it green jobs?). I love it. What percentage of those 200,000 do you think are pure construction? I'm going with 95%.
Interesting email I just got:
Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul , Minnesota , points out some interesting facts concerning last November's Presidential election:
Number of States won by: Obama: 19 McCain: 29
Square miles of land won by: Obama: 580,000 McCain: 2,427,000
Population of counties won by: Obama: 127 million
McCain: 143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by:
Obama: 13.2 McCain: 2.1
Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory McCain won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country.
Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low income tenements and living off various forms of government welfare..."
Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.
I bet it's up there, but those are the easiest jobs to make quickly, "Shovel ready" jobs, etc. The work force is also ready because the housing slump. No real training involved either because they likely already have the skills.
If you don't believe it's true, why would you pass it along? That doesn't make sense.

I would say it is 100% accurate.
No self respecting human being would vote for the POS in the white house.

Seriously, it was just sent to me and I thought it'd be intereting to see the reaction to it. I guess I found what I was looking for.
