If you're going to allow the players to kneel, you had better allow them to wear Christmas cleata or pendants commemorating fallen officers.

You answered it. He can make his own choices, so can teams. Truth be told, he’s replaceable with equal and better talent, along with no controversy.

Honestly, teams don’t want the potential headache. They’re in the business of football, not identity politics.

Not if he can prove that owners had conversations about no one signing him because it would be bad for the league. CBA says that’s not permitted.

Actually, as a protest, it has been quite effective. As to changing anything it is an abysmal failure. The biggest question to Capperdick as I have stated before is 'how will you extricate yourself from this? What 'change' will you have to see to declare your protest a success?' The whole thing from the get go was an emotional knee jerk that accomplished nothing other than to suicide his career.
