Lmao. Now we know who wrote this.FYP
It certainly resonates with people of color.
Damn, I must be guilty since you've found a meme. Maybe try defining white guilt for me and showing me where my posts are consistent with that definition.
Why are you so threatened that my beliefs on race don't fall in line with yours? You're the mirror reflection of a BLM member calling another black an Uncle Tom. You dismiss my ideas by negatively labeling them, in place of valid discussion.
I don't know.... I think the more instances they see..... and they're are a lot out there ..... minds may be changing someMeh, I don't think anyone would be pleased with whatever type of protest they could have come up with, to be honest. I just don't think police brutality resonates with most people.
But not the platform. I disagree that the National Anthem during a football game is a deserved platform. You really took my last sentence to heart. I would try to change the subject too if I were you, but the players earned their fame and thus, their platform. If your hard work makes you famous, it's fame that you "deserve," whether or not people are happy about it.
So in theory, according to you, every NFL player should have the same platform right?Said differently, the anthem isn't their platform; if I replace "they don't deserve their platform" with "they don't deserve the national anthem," it changes the meaning of the sentence. The time during which the anthem is played is the time during which they have elected to use their platform.
