The Virginia Gov race

Exactly. I noticed that instead of taking responsibility for their failures they are doubling down on accusations of racism, ignorance of anyone who doesn't vote for them, etc.

I was looking at one of the exit polls last night. Even among the 18-29 age group, Youngkin gained significant ground. It went 62% for Biden and 33% for Trump in 2020. It was 53% for McAuliffe 47% for Youngkin. That is a 14 point swing for Republicans in the governor election.

People are waking up and tired of the Democrat Party BS. Even the younger voters are apparently tired of the wokism, mandates, inflation, etc.
Yeah, because Biden is to blame for inflation, right? You talk about the ignorance of others, while exposing your own. Inflation is mentioned in every post such as this .... You don't understand the fiscal year calendar, and what causes inflation. You are so damn stupid, it's hopeless.

You guys are reading into this much more than you should. Biden won because he ran against Trump. It had nothing to do with Biden's policies or some big movement left (Biden was pretty much in the middle of the Dem candidates).
One thing these elections should highlight is how much Trump was despised by tens of millions of voters. (and still is)
It should also highlight that people are tired of the Democrat Party's nonsense and want nothing to do with the agenda the Democrat Party is trying to push on this country.

They really are tone deaf. The election in Virginia, IMO, was not just the whole education issue. Mcauliffe gave a good catch phrase for Youngkin to hook onto, but Youngkin didnt even win Loudon County, the epicenter. Mcauliffe was not a great governor the first time around, he was awful for business. Virginia is a right to work state and Mcauliffe said he would change it, he received a lot of union PAC donations. Youngkin has said he would stall Northam’s next gas tax increase. He also wants to drop the grocery tax. Economy and taxes. Also Youngkin doesnt support vax mandates. These are issues that were important to me.
McAuliffe actively hamstrung economic development and screwed areas that weren't his "key" areas. I witnessed his admin doing this stuff firsthand.

He's a horrible person.

Hopefully Illinois gets a GOP Gov next year too

I just don’t see that happening. My daughter works for the state in a very high position and thinks Pritzger is great, of course she is a strong liberal. She has not even gotten over Trump as yet.
Would love for it to happen, but don’t know if I could be around her very much if GOP was elected Governor.

BB85 is shaking right now. Calling people names left and right all because VA elected a gov. More sad than Van Jones imo.
It's really sad.

And as I keep pointing out, he never responds to people who BTFO whatever he says with actual data. I'm fairly sure I've joined his ignore list.

And you just proved my point by resorting to name calling and juvenile insults. Behavior from people like you is another reason why people don't want anything to do with your beloved Democrat Party.

And you proved your ignorance by ignoring the fact that Youngkin gained a 14 point swing among the age 18-29 group. Democrats also lost 9 points in that age getup. Why do you think that is?

Trump's policies were mostly very good. Trump's issue is that he's a self obsessed megalomaniac that has absolutely no filter on his mouth and takes completely unnecessary shots at anybody that disagrees with him about anything. He's an absolute ass.
What liberals can't wrap their minds around is the fact that conservatives can overlook the fact that a guy is a jackass as long as the overwhelming majority of his policies are good and they directly benefit the country and its citizens. I would prefer someone with the same policies that isn't a jackass. However, I'm not voting for a socialist just because the guy implementing good policies is a prick.

Only because of ignorant white people, of course.

Brian Williams was already suggesting an audit last night. I wouldn’t be surprised if we got one. I don’t know if Virginia has an automatic trigger, but if they do this one might be close enough to trigger it.
I'm pretty sure that I heard last night the count wasn't within the margin that would trigger a recount.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, no Republican Party Presidential nominee has ever resorted to name calling and juvenile insults, right? Let me guess : you voted for Trump? So, I doubt that insults and name calling bother you as much as you claim.

Since when the menstrual bloody f*** does that matter? At the behest of Donald Trump, an audit of Pennsylvania from the 2020 Presidential Election is about to begin. Biden won PA by more than 80,000 votes!

Audits aren't recounts. They are a completely different process, and they have different mechanisms that trigger them.

You resorted to the name calling instead of talking about the 14 point swing in the age 18-29 group towards Youngkin. Why? Because you don't want to talk about it. You would rather resort to childish insults. I've seen democrats like yourself resort to this behavior when things don't go your way. It's nothing new to me.

You need a snickers.

There is absolutely ZERO self-awareness among some of you. I guess Trump and Republicans were fiscally responsible when they controlled both chambers of Congress during his first two years in office? Of all the false narratives that Republicans advance, blaming Joe Biden for inflation is easily the most ignorant and blatantly partisan.

You probably believe that we wouldn't be experiencing inflation right now, if Trump was still in office, don't you? LOL! UNREAL.

Thanks to Republicans, we have learned two things :

1) The United States system of elections is only vulnerable to widespread fraud when Democrats win.

2) Fiscal irresponsibility only leads to inflation when the President is a Democrat.

All politicians suck, regardless of party, but some suck much worse than others at various times.. 😁

About the most stupid reasoning I have ever read, EVER
