Which is another way the comic is better because the characters rarely make these types of mistakes. I mean I could see it happening maybe once, but it's a recurring theme of the show of someone going off on their own and screwing up everyone else.

Probably my biggest complaint about the series now.
It has gotten Tyrese, Bob, Glenn, Abraham, and many others needlessly killed.

Jeez man..I was agreeing with you. Behavior like that is dumb. Whether it's on a dumb zombie apocalypse show, or in real life. The dumbest thing is that the zombies are still there at all. I mean every soft tissue in them would have decomposed in just a few weeks. The skeletons wouldn't even have anything to hold them together. Talk about suspension of disbelief.

I heard on a radio show this morning he was practicing a stunt/fight with another stunt person and lost his footing and fell.

Production is probably only halted until the GBI complete their on set investigation.

Looks good... Seems like a lot of action. Usually the first trailer is just from the first few episodes so looks like the war is in full swing early.

And unless I missed it in the trailer but Maggie wasn't looking pregnant at all. Im guessing she had it in the off season.

Bump for season premiere this weekend. Early reviews of the first episode have been very positive.

I havent read the graphic novels, but something tells me he's going to be around for a while. I think there is genuine appeal to author to make a character extremely unlikable to the point where all you want is for them to get killed off. Only the author will run that idea into the ground just to annoy the readers, then give the hated character some 'way out' that makes his illustrious career of dumb-fudgery justified somehow. Seen it too many times. It's a tired cliche that works extremely well with long-running TV series.

If the Walking Dead had any semblance of realism, Rick would've shot Keegan ASAP instead of doing some dumb-arse countdown followed by a spray of shots that were aimed at the air. Also, that preacher guy would've died a long, long, long, long, long time ago if they intended to make this show realistic.

That would make too much sense and speed up the process of Keegan's demise. They're gonna milk Keegan's death for another season... and it's all going to be because of Gabriel's dumb-arse.

Gabriel will be Keegan's get out of jail free card, allowing for him to escape and live on the run until he gets killed off by Rick at the season's finale.

I’m assuming Keegan is Negan? I only watched about 4 episodes last season and honestly forgot about this show until I noticed this thread pop up. Sounds like more of the same garbage from the writers

Well I’m glad it wasn’t 90min although it was a pretty good opening salvo in the war. The multiple time line vignettes were jarring and kept taking me out of the story.

I thought Greggory was going to get his comeuppance but that shiz weasel finds a way to escape. I don’t know what to say about Gabriel trying to save him. Did he run out of bullets and I just missed it?

Nah it was just a plot twist to keep Neegnuts alive. Have to give him a way out until Rick can kill him, Gabriel is that way out... as for Greggory, lol. He'll get eaten eventually. I reckon he'll find some booze, get drunk and run into some walkers. Then he'll get his comeuppance.
