An interesting side effect to compound 20 that many have reported is an all day swollen member. I noticed about 2 weeks in but dismissed it. The wife spoke up though so I looked around, others have reported it as well. No wonder its so popular.
I think I'm gonna do away with squats. I know they're the most complete leg lift, but they don't feel right. Even with no weight on the bar, going deep just doesn't feel natural. I have a really long torso, and my back gets exhausted holding the weight before my legs get tired of lifting it. I think I'll get more out of leg press.

I understand that, with me being 6'5 and a long torso it is tough. The last few weeks I have either gone lighter squats or not used them. I wish my gym have a good hack squat.
Pussy pad ftlBE A MAN! Just do it with the naked bar!
lol j/k
I don't have a problem using the regular pad that is at the gym, but if they had one of those, I'd probably use it. I'm not gonna go out and buy one, though.
The only thing that I hate about the pad at my gym is the way it velcroes. The velcro doesn't overlap. I don't know how to explain it, but it's probably similar to most pads. The velcro ends just butt into each other, so you have to make sure that the velcro joint is up when you start the lift, or the weight of the bar will just separate the velcro and the pad will pop off. It's an unpleasant surprise when you're expecting it to be there, and it's not.
