What kind of shape are you in right now, and how time are willing to spend in the gym? Are you thinking about taking supplements, or go natural?
I start on my highschool football team, so I would say pretty good shape. And I will be in the Gym all the time this summer, and everytime I am off from football workouts. I will be a typical "gym rat." And I take mutant mass, and nitropro, and my pre workout is di-nox, and i take creatine pills, not sure if I like them though. I have also been interested in looking at test boosters, but I've heard not too.
I wouldn't mind shooting a workout plan, but I am sure your coach has a workout plan he wants you all to follow. So you just need to honor that for the time being. I've helped kids in the past, and know that some coaches don't appreciate it, but there are those that do. Most kids that I help now a days I just make them concentrate on form and technique of each exercise.
I would love to hear a plan for bulking/size gains, strength. I want to change from the football workouts I do, that's why I got a membership at Gold's.
I'm pretty self conscious, so it bugs me when I'm flexin in front of the mirror in the locker room and some big buff guy walks in. I'm not ashamed of my body by any means. In fact, I think it looks exactly like I want it to, except with 5 or so excess pounds of fat right on my belly. I just don't like people seeing me flex like a narcissist in front of the mirror.
I mean, everybody does it, right? When you've got that nice chest pump, you've gotta flex after a workout like that.
