One thing to keep in mind is that you're always cutting or bulking, no matter what

If you want to get bigger and lose fat, gain the size first then cut

Serious body builders will have a bit of pudge on them a few months before comps
 
Do steroids increase wrinkles in your face and make you have crow's feet around your eyes and look older? I am not on them and not going to get on them but I was just curious about that.
 
I still have to take in some more before I sleep. I just ate a piece of chicken and a shake. I try to keep it around 2100 a day. Slightly more if it's a gym day.
 
I'm going to the beach in a month... Granted I don't have much fat to lose

I'm in the same boat. What beach? I'll be in Ft. Myers the third week of June. Still have about 5-10 lbs I'd like to lose. Probably closer to 5. I just can't bring myself to stop eating.
 
But first.... Vegas!!!!!

Gotta get swole so all those middle aged casino hostesses will bring me free drinks like they did last time, cuz they thought I was so cute. :wink2:
 
Every time I've been to the adult pool at the Wynn, there have been smoking middle-aged women who want a younger guy.........
 
Every time I go to Vegas, it's been for business, so I don't get out in the day much. What is the "adult pool?" Topless pool?
 
The thing is, I'm far too lazy, and I'm getting far too good results being lazy, to count calories. Especially counting calories from protein, fat and carbs individually. So I kinda wing it. I'll just cut my protein shake intake in half.

At some point, I'll plateau and have to get serious about my diet. For now, though, being lazy is still working.

My diet is simply 'eat a whole bunch, but not fast food.' Now, when I start cutting, it will be 'eat a little less, maybe some salads.'
 
Protein shakes tend to be a little too high in fat to work into a cutting diet every day IMO

Maybe like 20g worth at most, but none of that 50g protein stuff.
