The thing is, I'm far too lazy, and I'm getting far too good results being lazy, to count calories. Especially counting calories from protein, fat and carbs individually. So I kinda wing it. I'll just cut my protein shake intake in half.
At some point, I'll plateau and have to get serious about my diet. For now, though, being lazy is still working.
My diet is simply 'eat a whole bunch, but not fast food.' Now, when I start cutting, it will be 'eat a little less, maybe some salads.'
