The daughter is 42. The eldest grandson becomes a teen this year. I want paternity leave. I want 10 weeks added to my paid vacation so that I can have 4 months paid time off, then return to work one day for my retirement exit.

I had to use vacation time for mine, but I loved it. Wish we had paternity leave!
