While I do workout my legs, I normally don't do a lot of weight, just scared of hurting my knee. It's constantly an issue, but that's because I've got a little permanent damage. I've only done heavier weights on the leg press, like up to 7 plates on each side. As far as squats, I've not put over a 25 on each side since I started back doing them. Tonight I felt groggy, and put two 45's on each side, and done it easy. That's not really a lot for squats, but it is for me, and it made me happy. I'll probably stick with low weight, because squats hurt worse than anything, but I had to brag somewhere
