this will happen to America

The issue is not actual vs made up. The issue is assuming one side has legit concerns and the other side's are illegit.

So are income inequality, wall street, greedy doctors, racism, climate change, etc. real problems? Sure. But they are no where near the problems that screaming lefties (the extreme) make them out to be.

Likewise, are terrorism, islamo-extremism, government overreach, illegal immigration, etc. real problems? Sure are but likewise they are no where near the problem that screaming righties (the extreme) make them out to be.

Sorry, terrorism and islamo-extremism aren't issues the right can claim as its' own. Illegal immigration and government overreach are not verifiable real problems the way the issues I raised are.

I do too but don't believe the climate change is a dangerous as it's proponents suggest. Still, being green doesn't hurt (within limits).

Interestingly, Al Gore just came out against ethanol. We are in the ethanol business as deep as we are partly because of GW concerns and fully because the government decided it was a good idea - turns out they were off on that one.

If you believe we are in the ethanol business because of global warming, I've got some swampland I'd like to sell you.

Dead serious. Most liberals and libertarians don't think illegal immigration is a problem, and government overreach is an opinion. Global warming and growing income inequality aren't opinions.

Pouring trillions of dollars down the hole in 'outreach' and giving illegals benefits at the tax payer's expense aren't real verifiable problems?

Besides the one you made up for this survey, how many libertarians do you know?

I know plenty of libertarians some apparently more thoughtful than others.

How is an arbitrary line drawn up by the government, and restrictive of the natural market forces a libertarian ideal.

Where in this sentence do I address market forces?

Pouring trillions of dollars down the hole in 'outreach' and giving illegals benefits at the tax payer's expense aren't real verifiable problems?

My bad I thought you were talking about national boundaries, but I see you are referring to the poverty line :hi:

National boundaries aren't a libertarians ideal either. The flow of people(labor) for economic or whatever other reason are market forces.
