Belmont is a good team, guys...they are 9-3 with two losses to us. Yeah, we should've won by a lot more, but it's a win. Belmont will win the A-Sun.

Yes, his recruiting is so great that it cost him 8 SEC games! You can recruit all the talent you want, but without good coaching that's all it will ever be. Talent. No execution, no half court sets, awful substituions, the list goes on.

Belmont is not a bad team. 3 losses so far. 2 to the vols and one to vandy. I would take their centers. both better than williams.

you're right. we should forfeit the win. Can someone call up Belmont and let them know we've decided to credit them with the win.

National Championship games are won and lost by 1 point. At the end of the year no one will care that we won by 1.. all they will care about is that it was a win.

just curious to what you know about basketball other than playing NBA jam? go put your umbros on and pull your socks up and go run around for 2 hours for an exciting 1-0 win.

Sounds like you know a little too much about soccer not to have played it. And for the record I have never played it's just a cool picture.

I guess by the same regard you should go put on a sports bra and spandex shorts and go hang from some rings.

We're not going back to the nether regions of college basketball, if that's what you're saying. If CBP goes, we most likely hire another great coach. Because of the strides our program has made under Pearl.

It's win and that is all you can say, other than it was good to see Scotty come alive.

Melvin Goins has disappeared the past few games and his inability to drive the lane, penetrate, score, and distribute the ball has coincided with the Vols lack of half court offense the past 4 games.

We played horrible back side defense tonight. Belmont did a great job of reversing the ball and getting their big man behind our post players for easy lob passes and scores. We did a poor job of defending them.

We are playing 5 new guys in a 10-11 man rotation in December. Seems like - we beat good teams (CBP coached great); lose or win close agains lesser opponents (CBP should be fired). Can't there be a middle ground of let's wait and see. CBP has shown over many games that he can win significantly more than he loses.

Belmont hit us where it hurts, our perimeter D. I don't want to imagine the outcome if Belmont had shot better than 22%...they had so many open looks.
