Tiny just had an interview with none other than Tom Hanks on his emotions of slipping off the face of the earth in this draft....

Microfracture is not a 100% cure for a large cartilage defect. Ask Greg Oden. His performance issues are clearly medical, and most teams know better than to take a risk early in the draft. Sadly, his career may be derailed by his knee.

Do we know it's microfracture or a cartilage defect?

He and McCullers were considered 1st rounders a year ago

He was quite obviously not much more than a huge, out of shape man from the get-go. There was quite a bit of happy talk on this board about him, because of his size, but it ignored the facts--that he's too heavy, doesn't move well and has very little stamina.

He to see him slipping so far. I hope for the best for all former Vols. Hope he gets drafted somewhere. There has to be more to this story.

Tiny has an attitude like Bray???

I've never seen any evidence to find that statement credible.

Tiny does have a little bit of swagger, but he is not nearly as arrogant as Bray who could have been a first rounder if he didn't get into trouble and he could learn how to watch tape on opponents/minor mechanics improvements.

I feel like this is a failure of the pre-draft process. I'm fairly confident that draft advisory board and other reputable sources told Tiny that he would be a relatively early selection - no later than third round. Now we're mid way through the sixth round and he's still on the board. While I could be mistaken, I would imagine Tiny would have stayed had he been told he would be such a late draft choice, which would have helped both Richardson himself and the team. It will be interesting to see if anything comes of this, but at the moment I'm just bummed out for Tiny. He deserves better.

I told you all he was not going to be picked anywhere near where this board expected.

Don't declare early for the draft unless you are 110% healthy! ....or your grades are beyond repair like CP.

I recall from an interview in April where Tiny said he was playing at 65% last season. I applaud him for playing through pain, but it did leave some bad film for NFL scouts to evaluate. He was a shell of the player he was in 2012, where he manhandled Clowney for most of the USC game.

Tiny say's he's healthy now, though, and I'm shocked he's still available. NFL.com had a mock draft predicting him to the Panthers in the 2nd round, but he's still available now approaching the 7th round...

Did he go to the combine? Or have a pro day? Seems I remember some of his performance numbers after the pre-draft advisory hurt his positioning.
