He Tweeted tonight about big news coming soon. Does he have a teammate or pal that we are recruiting?
Well I hope your boy shows off their, and his, talents in the coming yearsUnlike most HS WR's Kendrell and TJ are on the same team so the numbers are diluted as the ball is spread around.
They also have an SEC level RB Troy Henderson and a Mississippi State commit Landon Guidry who plays slot, WR, RB and SS. Then there is Owen Murphy an Austin Peay commit at WR. So this offense has 4 SEC level and 1 lower D-1 players at the skill positions.
If either TJ or Scurry played on teams where they were the main guys their numbers would be insane.
I know them both because my son will be their QB the next 2 years.

does your son have any early interest from any programs? if so, which one is he high on?
He has done unofficial visits to UT, Vandy and Louisville.
Of the three he liked UT the best. It is all premature because he has yet to start a varsity game. He tore it up as a freshman and JV player and played some varsity completing 72% of his passes. But the Sr ahead of him threw for 3700 yards and 40 TD's.
He will start the next 2 years and has prototypical metrics for a pro-style QB. He is just a shade under 6'4" and about 180 right now. He will put on 10 to 15 lbs this off season.
UT would be a good landing place for him if he is good enough, which has not been determined yet.
Here are his freshman highlights, most of the TD's are to Kendrell and TJ. Freshman Highlights - Nathan Cisco highlights - Hudl

0 stars....don't want..what is Butch thinking?? He obviously needs to wait until the recruiting services evaluate this kid before taking him on...
All joking aside, BOOOOOM!! Says a lot about a player if he is being recruited to play college ball before he even starts his sophmore year! Best of luck to this kid as he develops!
