I wish people would stop trying to run Jessie off. :( Sure, she hasn't turned out to be the dead-eye three-point specialist she and everyone had hoped, but my goodness -- think! She is here in a foreign country, a near 24-hour, prohibitively expensive plane ride away from family, so it would be especially difficult for her to pick up and start over in a place with no friends just for one year. She's got friends in Knoxville, and teammates and coaches who love her. #LVFL

Probably. I can't remember the last time they didn't have a player selected in the first round. Probably Ann Strother's class?

I wonder if ONO and Williams declined an invite, or weren't invited at all? I imagine it would be embarrassing to be in the studio and have to wait a long time before your name comes up, or it doesn't come up at all.

Meghan Simmons! 😩 if I’m not mistaken she was there by herself, they waited so long to draft her.

It’s not personal. It’s just business. She simply isn’t SEC talent and we can’t continue to waste roster spots on players who demonstrably can’t play at this level.

Hard to square "I will give my all for Tennessee today" with "it's just business."

Also hard to break huddles with "Family!" and then tell one of the family that they need to move out to make room for more desirable family members. That doesn't convince the rest of the family that you're seriously loyal.

Amen to this been saying this for the longest go somewhere u can compete we needed numbers she helped us with that we are at a different stage now, its about having the strongest roster and the portal allows that now unfortunately its all business now free agency at its finest lol
