Last year when the season started and they were coming off the bench. You said the staff expected them to start at some point. Sooner than later. So I’m curious if it would be the same situation where we start the guys who are familiar w the offense and then work in the freshman to give some time before he’s starting
I think you’ve got the wrong guy, I was one of the posters pushing Bailey and Vescovi early in the year when we were playing well and the 2 freshman were coming off the bench.
Again though, on last years team we didn’t have a PG sitting there on the bench, at best we had a combo guard more of a 2 guard in Springer...Chandler is considered the #1 PG in the nation for a reason, I would be absolutely floored (barring injury) if he wasn’t our Game 1 starting PG. The staff knows Vescovi isn’t the answer at starting PG, they also know he’ll likely be better off the ball, they will enter the off season preparing that way.
