There are a handful of independent firms who specialize in such matters, and yes, know how to do it far better than the current approach. I like Musk. In the couple of one on one interviews I've seen, he doesn't come across as the "expert" on all details. He has a willingness to listen to informed people and learn from it. Part of his craftiness to acquire his wealth has been to hire expertise. That being said, I don't think he should be anywhere near this audit

Yes. Egg prices were going to come down just after he took the oath of office. He wasn’t going to have to take any other action. By being president, egg prices were to drop. Boom. COL relief for the MAGA faithful. After all, egg prices rose because of Biden. Bird flu? If birds catching the flu had any influence on egg prices, it was because of Biden. Biden’s ineptitude caused bird flu.

If you don't mind, look at OP in the thread. It covers how we approached what to track and what to discard. If you think it the egg promise is in line and can cite the promise, I'll edit the op to include it. Thanks.

I wish we had one for the previous POTUS. For comparison sake if nothing else.

Btw, this is one of the best threads in the PF imo for folks like me that don't keep up with politics daily, weekly, and sometimes monthly. (Now don't go and get all high and mighty on everyone just because I'm one of the few that gives you some respect and credit). 😂🤣

Brother, I'm married. No worry about my ego running away with you. LOL

Someone else mentioned the idea. Several helped put it together. Not sure why we never did it before. Hopefully we can do it in 2028 too.

It's open for discussion, but for me, a Trump ally making promises doesn't meet our criteria for "promise or proposal". The newsweek article mentioned Trump's promise to lower costs for everyone but it wasn't in quotes. It also wasn't linked to where / when he stated that.

Anyone else wanna weigh in?
