OSB was 13:50 today at Home Depot. It has not been less that 17$ in a long time and was as high as 24$ a year ago.

I’ll be curious to see how the tariff fight affects this over the next little bit.

speaking of sheathing, have you had any issues getting ahold of plywood? My parents are getting ready to build their house, and everyone they talk to says they can't get plywood at all. which I find to be bs. Home Depot/Lowes in their area are still stocked. I know thats not where a builder is going to go first, but my thinking is if those retailers have it, some wholesaler in the area has to have some too.

I just had a delivery from a supply house with subfloor and OSB. No problem mentioned to me

We've had no issues.
Maybe it's a specific type, like pressure treated or cabinet grade that is hard to find???
