OK. I recall Trump’s oft repeated claim that prices were going to come down day one of his presidency. The linked article brought it forward to the bru ha ha over egg prices. On Truth Social, Trump posted the link to one of his supporters taking Americans to task for complaining about the price of eggs.

If I failed to post with the requisite gravitas in introducing this topic to the thread, then, please, do ignore and fail to account for Trump’s promise that prices would come down beginning day one of his second term.

6 months later they are around $7 a dozen....at Aldi.
