Lol. Stop it.I have no doubt they can steer storms or even make them stronger. The military started this way back in the day and it's even documented through congress hearings.
But I believe the Kings Mountain being mentioned is like 90 miles East of Lake lure or Chimney Rock.
Kings mountain is getting mentioned because the town has been fighting against a mine going in if I remember correctly.

I liked the “he wasn’t adequately trained” to be there on Monday, but by god he was trained up real good come TuesdayNot a FEMA thing but that woman had no good answers. I get trying to maintain control but this was a case where they could have said "our bad, we appreciate the help" instead of making up things like he doesn't have the proper training but then turning around and inviting him back less than 24 hours later with the exact same level of training.
it's a crisis, no need to be so rule bound when it does more harm than good
What do you base this on? Please… share with the groupHe’s saying it could impact the election because it could be harder for certain Trump voters to vote, which makes sense. That has absolutely nothing to do with the disaster response or motives, but Travis is spinning it into a conspiracy because he’s a clown
I did close a tab tonight that had 9 shots of Clase Azul on it at 55$ a pour.I don't know. Have you been to @DinkinFlicka's bar?
I wouldn't call them morons just because they brought up old video 70 years ago of the military trying/doing exactly what's being discussed today. This isn't AI and it's documented in congressional hearings.Morons...get off the internet
Not really a secret they have been trying to manipulate weather. From reading up on it, this started to try and make hurricanes less powerful before landfall and it actually did the opposite.Look, I do love me some conspiracy theories, but cloud seeding is small scale, atmospheric rivers (the steering mechanisms in our atmosphere) are what steers storms. They are just too vast to be moved by anything that we possess. The physics behind their power is mind blowing. I have studied the atmosphere for over two decades now and can tell you that we are peons in comparison to Mother Nature....and this includes the stupid climate change alarmists.

The Operation Popeye was a highly classified operation run by the US military in Vietnam and was to prolong the monsoon in Southeast Asia Which it did.
After 80 years, any knowledge or ways to manipulate weather have exponentially grown like any other technology. If we want to say, "steering hurricanes is impossible" that's fine. But the reality of it is this technology can make it rain anywhere.
The problem, once they start seeding for more rain or snow, they can't just turn it off and the precipitation can be stronger than they planned or anticipated. While this can help very dry regions of the earth, there's no denying this could be used for evil intentions instead of the greater good.
UAE has been doing it for years.
The Vietnam stuff is completely documented even with UN banning "weather warfare." Jimmy Carter ratified this in 1979.They can do it on a very small scale, but a very small scale only with individual cells. Any reports of prolonging a monsoon (a large, long lasting event) successfully should be met with skepticism, and as an effort for funding increases to such agencies. The physics are just too large and overwhelming to have any meaningful control over large scale weather events for us humans.
