I don't think his previous 36+ years get near the scrutiny as 2015/16 onward.

One thing trump and some supporters fail to realize is that once you are president then people pay attention.

that you think you have things figured out is one of life's more laughable events. Trump's been thought of as a con man for most of his life. He's been known as a cheat all his life. It's nothing new.

Yeah, a B list reality star and slimy real estate developer is all he aspired to before being elected by the electoral college.

Public officials get more scrutiny, just ask your local teacher or police officer.

Sometimes those things slip by the wayside when you're buddies with the US Attorney in your district for a while and you have a close enough relationship to hire him as your personal attorney later on.

Or enough money and or influence to railroad anyone in your way. Talk to the guys he didn't pay for work completed.

Unfortunately, much of our justice system can be bought and sold. Especially, when you are appointing your own judges.

The prevailing theory among Trumpers is that the companies he ran that filed for bankruptcy are no reflection on him because its just business and not paying your debts is okay if you incorporate.
