TrumPutinGate

My initial reaction was to poo poo the idea that Trump would wag the dog, but it remains a possibility.

Of course it's a possibility.

The man's a serial money launderer, who should have been put in prison, with a 10-20 year sentence, at least two to three decades ago.

The man has the morals of de Sade.

Shouldn't this thread end?

Well, let me check with Comey:

What's that, Jim? The investigation into potential collusion between a sitting US president and a hostile foreign power to interfere in our election process - an investigation never before seen in US politics - is still ongoing? Oh, you don't say!

There, I checked with Comey. Thread status: still relevant.

Speaking of wagging the dog, Trump's either about to go full-Tito on the Kremlin (a possibility I've always admitted), or we're about to witness such a masterful piece of political theater that even Daniel Day-Lewis will have to applaud the respective performances of Donny and Vlad as no match for his own paltry talent.

The TrumPutin narrative has been quickly unraveling before our very eyes.

Donny is channeling his acting skills in an attempt to dupe you and me.

Well, the FBI cares not for acting skills. Donny can only buy himself so much time with this charade in Syria. Striking North Korea will buy him some more time.

But eventually, treason comes home to roost.

Well you sure have been duped, that's a certainty.

Well, looks like we climbed just enough out of our Syria charade and potential Korean nuclear war fiasco to have both GOP and Democrat lawmakers say today that the whole Nunes-Rice stunt was nothing but a stunt.

Makes you wonder why the WH had Nunes do that then, doesn't it?

Dangerous times these are. The smell of war and false flags are in the air.

You do realize that the vast majority of this message board just laughs at you and your tin foil hat right? I mean we know the only reason you continue this ridiculous charade is for attention but I thought you should know. You do have a few stooges who believe in your conjecture driven drivel. But for the most part, this place just humors you because we know about your mental issues.

Why do my posts or this thread matter to you so much?

You're already on record that you care not if Donny is an actual traitor. You said you would still support him, or at least that was implied.

Seems to me you have nothing to loose here, so I don't understand why it bothers you so much.

Speaking of that Page revelation, the more that comes out, the more prescient the Steele Dossier becomes. That work was compiled throughout the summer and early fall, well in advance of any of the revelations of the last few months, and yet the things it claimed all seem to make more and more sense. Page was one of the key figures in that dossier, well before the majority of Americans had ever even heard of him and well before, I imagine, Steele would have even been aware of the 2013 FBI investigation into "US-Person" swapping documents with SVR agents.

I've said it before, but I'm going to say it again: that little 4chan troll job to ruffle poor liberals' wee feathers, as I was told at the time by those running Kremlin interference here on the board, sure has a lot of legs.

Your posts doesnt bother me. They concern me a little. You have really gone off the deep end. The fact that you are keeping this ridiculous thread going is proof.

You realy need to drop this crap. You have stated that there is all this evidence that proves Trump is a traitor and is in bed with Putin yet nothing has been found. The longer you keep this stuff up, the bigger the joke you become.

Let's apply some of this logic to the Page FISA leak. We already knew Page was an investigation target right? The information that there was a FISA approval is not a new development but what is new is that what everyone suspected was leaked by an official.

Makes you wonder why was this leaked at this time. As said above, it's not a new discovery for this official. So what happened recently that would merit the leak of this information? Oh, counter evidence to the conspiracy theory in the form of the Syrian response.

There's plenty of evidence that Team Obama wanted to get this information out and they appear to be doing so in a controlled manner to keep suspicion on Trump as long as possible.

Still we have no real accusation, no real evidence of collusion but what appear to have is a coordinated slow release of information.

Clapper said no evidence of collusion. Schiff said none that he's seen so far. You think either of those guys didn't know about this FISA approval on Page?

Seems as if Nunes' claims were unfounded. Imagine that; orchestrated fake news to get the heat off of Trump.

http://www.cnn.com/2017/04/11/politics/intelligence-contradicts-nunes-unmasking-claims/index.html

Funny, the same article could be written about the alleged Trump/Putin collusion. No evidence uncovered so far.

Why not apply the same standard?

What this article establishes is they haven't found direct evidence of wrongdoing in unmasking the US people.

What it doesn't address is how did that information get leaked.

As has been repeated ad nauseam - unmasking is not illegal though the motives could be questionable. The felony that occurred was leaking the information. This article doesn't contain information about the sources of the leak.

I noticed some Dems have started talking about tax returns again today. Must be pivoting back to reality

The point of the article is that Nunes intentionally misrepresented the contents of the documents to imply illegal activity. It was an orchestrated attempt to misinform the public in order to benefit Trump.
