TrumPutinGate

I think it was a mistake but his reasoning made sense... Trump was shouting "The system is rigged, folks!" at his campaign rallies and Obama was very sensitive to the perception that any action he took would either be interpreted as assisting the Clinton campaign or making a proactive excuse for her losing the election.

You saying that Obama politicized his office?

So apparently both D's and R's agree that Obama politicized his office, just for different reasons.

Roger Stone's e-mails to Steve Bannon in October of 2016 (in concert with the WikiLeaks releases and statements from Julian Assange) are the proof.

There is a difference between evidence and proof.

You've given examples of evidence.

Until a court rules one way or another all facts surrounding a case are evidence.

Fine.... I'm the first to admit, I know very little of the law and the appropriate terminology.

I'm not an attorney... I think having correspondence and a mutually beneficial relationship with a hostile actor to the United States (such as Assange has proven to be, time and time again) was not a very smart thing for Stone to be doing. It's perilously close to treason.

Should Pamela Anderson be locked up?

She has visited Assange.

There is no way to know that... and it really doesn't matter. Trump clearly saw the WikiLeaks releases as an advantage for him and he did use them at his rallies: "I Love WikiLeaks!"
Dims loved Wikileaks before. Now not so much. As a matter of fact, Hillary was heard asking someone if we could drone Assange. Hmm, she must be hiding something, reckon?

Manipulate the results of a Presidential election... as far as an American citizen such as Roger Stone is concerned, this can also be construed as treason.

Lol. I think sending billions of dollars on pallets to terrorists is FAR more treasonous than acquiring info regarding corrupt dims from a 3rd party that acquired that info on their own.

My point is that Politics shouldn't even be on the radar when our electoral system and democracy is under attack by a hostile foreign adversary. If Obama had even an iota of integrity he should've been doing everything within his power to aid intelligence agencies in preventing the attacks from occurring.

Confirmed by the US Senate for FBI director by a vote of 93-1.

Lol so ... try that today and see if he gets the same vote tally . Same “ Honorable Director “ without the Hillary or Trump baggage , he would have to fight for his life just to get what he needed to be confirmed . So your vote count means nothing .

Obama did nothing because he was sure, as was just about everyone else, that Hillary would win and easily. So why do anything when it didn't matter in what he thought was the inevitable result?
