This will be what: the third time they've been back on campus in the last 5 years? And you guys think it's going to all blow over? Is that what the Ram's Club fat cats are saying?

Should be a fun thread in 15-16. I think I'll stick around.

Baton Rouge is awesome. Memphis not so much.

His delivery could use some work and I dunno where your info comes from VP, but I can't fathom a way in which the 'AA doesn't crush UNC from an athletics standpoint minimally. What happens academically might not be so bad, but I'd be surprised if so.

Eh, I definitely think Duke had an easier path to the final four. Hell, you got to play an overachieving MSU team for your semi. A Zaga team that played in YMCA leagues. Etc etc. We played ND, who beat Duke twice, and the only other team I thought who could beat us (and did) for our Elite 8 and Semi.

Can't complain, the NCAA set up for it to be a fairy tale ending between Duke/UK. Uk couldn't do it. It's fine. A 1 seed will win it, but not the best team start to end imo.

Not going to disagree. It's ashame Duke and UK didn't play though. I do think they were the 2 best teams. However, I'm expecting Wisconsin to win Monday. Right now at least and I'm drunk so I'm sure I'll Duke will win by 15 Monday afternoon.

Edit: I actually wrote afternoon super serial.

All Michigan State ever does, besides sneaking and sliding its way into Final Fours, is get its ass pummeled by UNC and Duke. When is the last time it beat either of those teams? Last I can think of is 2000, Izzo's championship team, with Mateen Cleeves.

Congratulations to Duke, by the way. Now I hope Wisconsin beats you.

Pretty much this exactly. K is now 9-1 vs Izzo, I'm sure Roy's record is similar. Duke and UNC own Michigan State.

Assuming we're not sanctioned by then, we should have a lot to look forward to next season (barring injuries). A healthy, unsanctioned UNC team should make the Final Four next year. Otherwise, I think it's a disappointing season.

And it's not even that we all beat them every time. It's that it's Ass Whip City every time. Even the bipolar UNC team we've seen over the last few years went in to Lansing when MSU was ranked 1 and kicked its ass.

If you guys would have played Michigan State Saturday the result would've been the same. It really is always at least 10+ points and most of the time north of 15.

I'm going to my favorite Duke watering hole on Main St. Hopefully Duke will be winning. I'll say Duke by 5 with my heart not my head. It should an excruciatingly great game.

Between UNC and Duke, MSU has gotten its ass kicked (not just beat but pummeled) in East Lansing, Chapel Hill, Durham, Chicago, Indianapolis, St. Louis, not once but twice on Ford Field (and that was the same season), and on an aircraft carrier for godssakes. An aircraft carrier!

And that's just the ones I can think of. I dare you to even find another team that's gotten its ass beat in that many different places.
