I don't think Banks is terrible, but he is not a great DC. We can definitely do better. I think he benefited from Garner and Inge's units being solid as well as playing a weaker schedule this year, now looking back on it. Other than UGA and OSU, we played some pretty under welhming offenses.
I don't either outside the game, but gameday calling plays I don't think he is that good. This team seems to make zero halftime adjustments on either side of the ball. We are kind of in a dead zone.

If they don’t make adjustments why did they come out in the second half in a lot of games and play much better?

He is not leaving. Vols DC job a much better job than Miami DC job.
Why would you think the Vols job is MUCH better than a Miami job? There is no comparison between Knoxville and Miami. Coaching for Cristobal is almost a sure fire path to a Head Coaching position. Miami would probably pay more too. If they make an offer, Banks would be crazy not to take it.
