The problem is that if you don't check her tweets, you'll never know it's fake because it's so much like her other tweets.

The call for violence was the tip-off. Whoever created/posted it is trying to foment violence against her by making it appear she called for violence against the President.

This got started because PersianVol interpreted Trump's tweet to mean that was the plan. I'm 99.9% sure that's not the plan. I doubt that's even what is being implied.
