Nope.

You guys realize that most people from CA hate USC right?

The only people that like USC are people from USC.

USC is like James Spader from Pretty in Pink.

Is that the first Pretty in Pink reference on this board?

Gallagher (the comic, not the old Giants infielder) once said this:

"California is like granola. Them's that not fruits or nuts is flakes."

My mom's side of the family pretty much all lives in California so I'm there a lot, and most people there in general are complete douches who think California is the center of the world and its people are better than all others everywhere (especially the South). For example, I was talking to a family "friend" that's a dentist from USC, and when I told him I was from Nashville his response was "Do they even have teeth in Tennessee?"

So I asked if their state had any straight people...

LA is the greatest place on earth. live here for 6 months and then tell me how much it sucks compared to tenn.

Thank you for proving my point...welcome to California, where people think everything about their state is way better than it actually is...

I lived in San Diego for 5 years and visited LA a few times. I can tell you right now it is by far the greatest place on earth.

In-N-Out was overrated. Just sayin'...

it's good fast food. if you expect the best burger you've ever had you might want to pay over $4.

What is so great about LA?

best weather in the world, beaches, hot chicks, world class food, taco trucks, etc etc

90% of the state stinks. you wouldn't get me caught dead in fresno or bakersfield. but LA and san diego are most definetely as good as we think they are.

Fair enough. I expected it to drip gold. It didn't.

Some people try to say it's better than Five Guys, which is retarded.

you forgot the smog and absolutely awful traffic...it's nice to live with the knowledge that pretty much any other part of the city is basically 45 minutes away

Fresno does suck. LA is nice but overrated, just like In 'N Out. I'd live there for a year or two, but long-term, give me Monterrey over that traffic all day.

yeah santa monica, manhattan beach. . . hell they might as well condem the places.

Most of LA's beaches are way more commercialized/crowded/dirty than people think they are...as far as "greatest place on Earth" it's not even close
