Interesting word you used.... whims. In my particular case, it is not a 'whim' that I choose to not get an untested, unproven, unethical 'vaccine' shoved into my body. It has been a heart wrenching, well researched decision that my wife and I have prayed about a lot. I just find it telling that someone has such little regard for his employees that he believes he would fire them based on... well anything really. I am at a loss as to why anyone would want to give him anything extra in their employment. That to me is a sad way to run a business. My father was a small businessman and never took a vacation at the expense of his employees... many times went without a paycheck, etc etc etc... If you disagree, then you have no room to complain at the DMV, at the Post Office or any number of government agencies. Maybe all these years I was a fool. Of course many of those 'above and beyond' things I did.. pushing wheelchairs up the jetway.... going down to the baggage bin to get strollers... were for the people that really pay my check... the passengers. But I ain't doing them anymore. Congratulations.... you win. Caveat: the only wheelchair I will push is that of a veteran. I will GLADLY do that to my last day on the property.Small business owners have to make tough decisions all the time. Depending on the nature of the business a covid outbreak could wipe a small business out for two weeks. That can do tremendous longterm damage and the owner may be stuck paying sick time when there's no money coming in because the business is closed. You can be upset, but a business doesn't exist to cater to the whims of certain employees.

What is really sad is that we are allowing a political 'crisis' to drive how we operate business.
Politics has driven an irreparable wedge between people in this country. People tend to worship their political party and it becomes the basis of who they are as a person.Interesting word you used.... whims. I did not say that and I hope you are smart enough to know I didn't. @hog88, to whom you replied, has said he would consider a vax mandate if it would cost him major customers. That's not dead customers, its just no customers. You can't be seriously saying that everybody will die of covid....
Hopefully, people will come to their senses and it won't get to that.I did not say that and I hope you are smart enough to know I didn't . @hog88, to whom you replied, has said he would consider a vax mandate if it would cost him major customers. That's not dead customers, its just no customers.
