Vaccine or not?

There are no actual OSHA guidelines yet. None. Zero. Go to the OSHA webpage. Biden’s EO directed OSHA to make some guidelines and do his bidding. Thus far they haven’t published anything I’m aware of.
Not yet but OSHA has submitted proposed rule wording to the OMB for review. It’s coming. I can only hope the lawsuits are lined up and waiting.

Your strawman is coming apart at the seams.

If you don't want to get a vaccine and your employer is requiring one, you've got a choice to make. It's really not as complicated as you're trying to make it.
I don’t agree with the vaccine mandate for a bunch of reasons but you’re right. Employers can choose to mandate it at any time and then it’s up to the employees whether to comply or leave.

You still don't get it. Employees can demand raises, all day every day. If they don't get what they want, they have the power to terminate their employment. You seem to believe that employers hold all the cards, they don't.

I find it ironic that you'd try to point out a 'huge' difference after trying to conflate criminals having the ability to leave the US before prosecution with the principle of at will employment.
Absolutely. I did this once and the employer was going to do it but before they did it I ended up accepting another job that was $20K more than I requested.

According to the judicial order, which could be the first of its kind in the country against a coronavirus vaccine mandate, United Airlines is prohibited from placing employees with religious and medical exemptions on unpaid leave until October 26 while litigation continues. The judge also prohibited the airline from denying any employee requests for religious or medical exemptions. Previously, the airline did not allow employees to apply for an exemption after August 31.
