"They are seeing a waning of immunity not only against infection but against hospitalization and to some extent death, which is starting to now involve all age groups. It isn't just the elderly," Fauci said. "It's waning to the point that you're seeing more and more people getting breakthrough infections, and more and more of those people who are getting breakthrough infections are winding up in the hospital."

As a result of these findings, Fauci warned that vaccinated people should get their booster shot, as it might actually be more important than health officials first realized. "If one looks back at this, one can say, do you know, it isn't as if a booster is a bonus, but a booster might actually be an essential part of the primary regimen that people should have," he said on The Daily.

The vaccinated should be asking themselves just how effective the first round of jabs were. And if these are the outcomes of the original rollout, than what good is it for the unvaccinated to have to go out and get the original jabs plus boosters?

Fully Vaccinated is going to take on a whole new meaning before this is done and people are going to get tired of hearing it . Americans in general have a very short interest / attention span , they only have so long before people just say , nah I’m over it . They started out wrong , pushed it wrong , marketed it wrong , and now they are saying there needs to be more of the same … the clock is ticking .

But none of your mandates go home with your employees after work. They don’t become permanently attached to the employee’s health for a lifetime.

If a shot mandate that is a 24-7-365 lifetime investment by the employee is required for any employment then the employee is always “on the clock” fulfilling a work requirement and should be compensated accordingly.

He's said he can mandate whatever, even off the clock, and fire people for noncompliance. Even if that was the law (it is absolutely not, at least in Tennessee) it's morally reprehensible.

Normally I agree with you BUT… company mandates stop when they stop paying for my time . There needs to be a separation in there between employer and employee , otherwise it will just cost both eventually .

But otherwise I agree. Which is why I brought up examples I would have used instead.

Tuskegee would have been an even better reference but I couldnt think of any quick references for it.

It's not an actual vaccine obviously. You are not inoculated when you take it. It's more like the flu shot, and once the idiots return to their senses, and people like Fouci STFU we will only see the COVID shot be recommend with the flu shot for the vulnerable....that's it. Everyone else should get their immunities naturally, because that is the most effective way to achieve true protection.

No, that's not how it works since the employee can freely choose not to be vaccinated.

And for the umpteenth time I have no requirement for employees to be vaccinated nor do I plan on implementing one. However I'm 100% opposed to any level of government telling me I can't if I felt I needed to.

In TN you can be fired for any reason as long as it's not due to race, religion, sex or age.
