You can repeat that ad nauseum, since Tennessee is an "at-will" state, but your initial example was that you could fire someone for tobacco use (there is a law on the books in Tennessee that makes that wrongful termination) and now you have limits on vaccine mandates.In TN you can be fired for any reason as long as it's not due to race, religion, sex or age.
You're still arguing the law, for some reason, how the law is a pass for you think it's OK to extend workplace mandates and requirements to time off the clock. It's bizarre.
