Yep, but I can get one of them in Peru. The one I'd possibly get is WHO-approved, so I wonder how far that goes here in the US with regards to mandates, etc.

My guess would be since all agencies are following “guidance” from the CDC, if it is not cdc approved and FDA passed, it wouldn’t qualify. I just read about the WHO approved one.

Seems like grounds for some legal challenges to me- along the same lines as the idiots in charge saying natural immunity doesn't count.

None of this is logical. Let’s move to a therapy not used on humans before with questionable clinical trials, undisclosed side effects, ignore natural immunity, vax or employment and destroy the economy.

Correct an employer doesn't have the right to mandate what you do off the clock. But you don't have a right to be employed either.

Upper respiratory virus immunity whether naturally acquired or by vaccine/shot just doesn’t last long. Look at flu and cold viruses.

I've literally never had the flu nor a flu shot. I have absolutely brutal seasonal allergies. I guess my immune system just kills everything while it's killing me.

Why are you so passionate about everybody getting one?

Employees can elect to be exempt on religious, medical or moral grounds. Didn't see it in this article but a 50k fine can apple to each incident of an employer challenging it was in the house portion. Trying to see if that remained

Look another article that uses the CDC article to make a bogus claim of vaccination being better than natural immunity for reinfection. See how this works? CDC puts out propoganda, media disseminates propoganda over and over. Then people reference multiple media articles and we've now got 98% consensus. Now if you disagree, you are labeled an anti-vaxxer not fit for employment.

I have had the flu 3 times in my life. It sucked all three times. I had Chinese Flu once. It was milder than any of the flu events. Since I had the China/Fauci version, I haven't even had the sniffles, and I am betting that since I am like @NurseGoodVol in that I am exposed to lots of sick people (she is exposed to far far more) it is probably a function of my immune system and better hand washing habits.

I have to change a number. I now know 3 fully vaccinated people that have contracted China/Fauci flu. I know zero that have been re-infected after having contracted it naturally.

I know, I know... anecdotal.

When the real history is written, (in 55 years) this will go down as the biggest con job since Bernie Madoff.
