Vaccine or not?

My point is simply that restrictions on hours (overtime laws for example) limit income earned and force people to take second jobs that often pay far less. Many people who take a second job have to do so at gas stations or restaurants paying far less than their primary job.

Like most laws from the left, it harms the people they claim they wish to protect. Similar to all their pro inflation policies and the mass impact it has on the poor

Agreed.

You're wrong. If you ask me to do work for you at an agreed price. It's a verbal contract. It doesn't have to be written out or labeled as such.

It's an agreement. But a one sided agreement because if you don't do the work I still have to pay you.

What in your opinion should be the required hours in a work week? I'd also like an answer to the question if you're an employer?

My company commissioned a study on hours worked vs accidents/injuries after an employee was killed in an accident after working over 100 straight 16 hour shifts. He made a crap ton of money, but he was also decapitated. Eventually the company limited hours to 64 a week unless special circumstances required it and then a whole host of special rules were in effect.

Most thing require weighing the sources of information. Some think the vaccines are all about more $ for big Pharma
Luckily my youngest brother married "THE EXPERT -one of the leading medical experts who was working on the vaccines at the beginning of the outbreak. that is if you think there is merit in the intelligence at Harvard University.
MY sister in law is Dr. Megan Murray - Bozeman using her maiden name in her profession.
Dr. Megan Murray, MD, MPH, ScD
Ronda Stryker & William Johnston Professor of Global Health at Harvard Medical School and has served as a tenured professor of Epidemiology with particular emphasis on the COVID variants since SARS came on the scene. Dr. Megan was known as 'the SARS Queen'
My brother holds a Doctorate in Public Health after schooling at Dartmouth, Berklee College of Music and Boston Universities. His job is more analytical - gathering data on the efficacy of various treatment programs, and my other Doctor brother has a thriving practice in Sevierville where he fires any patient who refuses the vaccine. He does amazing work with his patients who contract the virus using monoclonal antibody therapy “Every day we generate a list of Stanford patients newly diagnosed with COVID-19,” Singh said, “and we consider a variety of factors including their age and any other medical conditions. I was reaching out to these patients to talk about monoclonal antibody therapy."

BCG Vaccine against COVID-19: Dr. Megan Murray’s Research & Videos

Harvard global health researcher and Chief Abundance Partner, Dr. Megan Murray, hypothesizes that the most widely used vaccine in the world (BCG, originally developed for tuberculosis), might be useful in protecting people against COVID-19. Her insight is based on clinical studies that show BCG works against a host of unrelated infections, including many respiratory diseases.
As long-time collaborators — fighting epidemic disease including Cholera and Ebola — Dr. Murray immediately approached Abundance Foundation with a proposal for a compelling stage 3 research trial. Since that moment, we’ve worked assiduously to engage research partners and donors in this high quality, rigorous study.
As part of this effort, Abundance Foundation Founder and President, Dr. Stephen Kahn, interviewed Dr. Murray about her COVID-19 research, studying the efficacy of the BCG vaccine in a randomized, blinded clinical trial that spans three countries. As a widely available and inexpensive vaccine, BCG has the potential to offer an effective and equitable solution to this devastating pandemic.

Vaccination is a no brainer with my family. I would be a complete fool to ignore the years of education and expertise found in my immediate family. So I pass it along to my extended Big Orange brothers so you too are afforded the same significant expertise

Most of us do not have the advantage of close family member as one of the leading experts on the COVID Vaccines so I pass along her advice to all of you - Get Vaccinated as soon as possible. The downsides are rare and insignificant when compared to the upside.

Ask your family members what the out patient protocol for treating Covid is at Stanford and Harvard.

Our resident employers would suggests it was his choice so he deserved it. At least that's what it seems.

That’s up to the two parties involved. I clearly stated the longest I had ever worked an employee. Did that not answer if I am an “employer”

We try like hell to keep everyone under 50, as close to 40 as possible. Unless they're salary of course then we work them like rented mules........

Sounds about right. My company's rules were only for hourly folks, the salaried mules were free to work night and day for the führer.

You just keep proving that gov. involvement is actually a boon for your business. You should probably donate 50% of your profits to Brandon's campaign.

Huh? If it weren't for the .gov I'd work everyone 20 hours a day without overtime or benefits, I'd even have little kids on the job. Damn government is holding us back.
