I can agree with an employer having the right to make their own policies while still thinking they’re wrong to make policies like this (and I do). This is an extremely competitive labor market. In my opinion, any employer that forced vaccinations on their employees for any reason short of things like required compliance with government contracts in order to not lose those contracts deserves what they get. That includes ultimately going out of business. I hope those employees leave.Firing an employee who refuses to follow company policy isn’t acting in bad faith.
