Vaccine or not?

Grant Wahl, soccer writer, dies (suddenly) after collapsing at World Cup - Los Angeles Times

"Award-winning sportswriter Grant Wahl, best known for his work with Sports Illustrated and Fox Soccer, died after collapsing in the media tribune at Friday’s Argentina-Netherlands World Cup game, U.S. Soccer announced. He was 49.

Paramedics treated Wahl for approximately 30 minutes after his collapse before removing him from the stadium on a stretcher. He was later pronounced dead Saturday morning at a Qatari hospital.

“My body finally broke down on me. Three weeks of little sleep, high stress and lots of work can do that to you,” Wahl wrote. “What had been a cold over the last 10 days turned into something more severe on the night of the USA-Netherlands game, and I could feel my upper chest take on a new level of pressure and discomfort.”
Wahl wrote that he tested negative for COVID-19 and sought treatment for his symptoms.

“I went into the medical clinic at the main media center today, and they said I probably have bronchitis. They gave me a course of antibiotics and some heavy-duty cough syrup, and I’m already feeling a bit better just a few hours later. But still: No bueno,” he wrote"

His wife is a physician and was on the Biden Covid transition team. So yea, I’m sure he was boosted to the max.

How do you think it kills him a year later? Is it taking that long to kill some people’s immune systems? And others are fine? He could have recently gotten his 4th booster recently as well but didn’t tweet about it this time.

Yeah I don’t believe vaccines are causing mass deaths, just like I don’t see evidence of massive amounts of excess deaths from covid. Just looking into the thought process of both sides.
How would you know unless you're a medical doctor with access to actual data? It's not like the MSM or the government is going to easily share that data with the public.

So we've come to a place in our society where , politically motivated, people wish death on those who aren't vaccinated, and vaccinated deaths are "I told you so"? I know plenty of Democrats who didn't get vaccinated, and I know plenty of republicans who did. I have a black liberal friend who is more anti vaccine on this one than anyone I know. I know good people who were scared, and got vaccines. I know good people who were legit concerned about this vaccine, and they're not "antivax". To think everyone that's vaccinated and dies is because of the vaccine, is as crazy as thinking just because you didn't have a bad side effect from the vaccine, that others can't. We've sincerely lost our humanity over how someone votes, and that's pretty freaking sad
That’s what happens when the government thinks they have a right to step in and create a climate of mandates. It divides people in various ways. If the government stayed out of it then all would be fine. I could go on about the negatives of big government, but we don’t need to go there.

I'll agree, government needs to stay out of healthcare

The mandates that the Biden Administration tried to push last winter was an atrocity. By that time, the effectiveness of the vaccine had declined. To push a mandate reeked of politics and not following the data....

Ok that makes more sense. He could have recently gotten his fourth booster.

The guy went out of his way to talk about being fully boosted on social media. Are you saying maybe he suddenly decided the "right wing conspiracy theorists" are right after all and he suddenly quit taking the governments advice.

No I was wondering how the booster he got in December 2021 killed him a year later. Then realized he also could have gotten a fourth one recently but just didn’t tweet about it this time cause it’s not as cool to virtue signal about it anymore.

A clot can form in the extremeties. Then dislodge at some point and kill you. It may take a while for the clot to gain in size also. There is your time lag explanation.

Also there is a thought that the spike protein can act like a prion. It can migrate from the injection into organs. There they can cause damage slowly.

It’s all about the function of the spike protein. On paper it looks and sounds good. But in reality it may not function how it was intended.

Early on, we were assured that spike protein did not enter circulation and migrate/deposit in other sites/organs. It's quite evident now that was untrue. It would be really nice to know how much is found in tissues such as the myocardium, blood vessels, brain, etc and what (if any) histological changes are occurring, through post-mortem pathology.

That sounds like a lot of anti science nonsense. Just get vaxxed. It's not a big deal. Trust me 💵.

Well, we didn't really study viruses, immune response, vaccinations, or preventive medicine in medical school. So, I need CNN and a President that doesn't know what year it is to tell me how to handle a respiratory virus outbreak.

Interesting
Why interesting? I just found out in October my fathers great grandmother was Jewish. That part of the family was lost in history until my daughter found my fathers half sister. They didn’t meet until they were both well into their 80’s. There’s allot of people who just don’t know about their ancestry.

In their paper, appearing in the Journal of Medical of Ethics, a publication of the British Medical Journal, the researchers estimated that to prevent one COVID-19 hospitalization over a six-month period, 31,207 to 42,836 young adults, aged 18–29, must receive a third mRNA vaccine. Moreover, for every COVID-19 hospitalization prevented, they estimated there are “at least 18.5 serious adverse events from mRNA vaccines,” including 1.5 to 4.6 cases of myocarditis in males, typically requiring hospitalization. They further estimated that preventing one COVID-19 hospitalization is associated with 1,430 to 4,626 cases of vaccine side-effects serious enough to interfere with daily activities, though typically not requiring hospitalization.

It is also important to know the severity and outcome of "Covid Hospitalizations" in the youth. As I said over a year ago, I would rather one of my children catch CV19 and be admitted for 24 hour obs than for them to develop myocarditis.
The VA, which serves the most vulnerable population to have severe COVID, found that well over 60% of its COVID hospitalizations were not necessary.

I would guess that for children, that number is more likely 90%+. I know that of the 5-6 kids we admitted, at least 3 were simply due to them being so young, for observation. All did fine.
