Per the cnn article.

Michael Felberbaum, an FDA spokesman, told CNN in an email that “the FDA received the preprint less than a day prior to the advisory committee meeting,” and “the information was therefore not provided in an adequate timeframe for it to be included in the agency’s meeting materials, and generally the FDA only discusses data at advisory committee meetings that the agency has had the opportunity to substantively review.”


so it wasn’t withheld. The alphabet guys didn’t read it.
Further searching will show that the data was assembled the day before it was presented to both the FDA and CDC.

That sounds a lot like the alphabet boys making excuses for the political heat they’re taking.
Don’t fall for it. Keep the heat where it belongs. On the government agencies pushing mandates on things they had information on but didn’t bother to read

Except 2 may not be 2 it may be 1.5, and or 2.8. Some of your assumptions are based on facts that clearly are not true. Much of what was previously stated as gospel, and anyone who questioned it was threatened in a way that would make Goebbels proud, and is now laughably shown to be untrue, complete now with twitter e-mails on suppressing the truth. I love ya man, but I think you need to read more current articles on the absolute tidal wave of issues and data coming out now. It's not just hindsight either, they KNEW, and they did it anyway. The vaccine was never tested successfully. (though I am sure it was tested unsuccessfully) There NEVER are going to be the peer reviewed studies some are requiring because there is 1) no financial incentive, and 2) plenty of legal disincentive. However at this point the numbers and common sense are becoming so vast it's clear to anyone who is not willfully sticking their head in the sand. I'd be more then happy to put you in contact with my local doctor who can preach sermons on all the issues with the MRNA shots. Will most other doctors agree? Probably not but they're all in a state of CYA because they went along to get along with what may end up being mass murder.

One can pretend to be dispassionate on subjects to an extent. But more and more people now have family and friends that are victims of this over reach. If someone poisoned your child with a cup of poison and you saw first hand the effects, you're not going to try and take a political safe middle ground and suggest everyone just drink half a cup of poison.

I had to look this one up. You are right, it is the only ICD 10 code for being unvaccinated against a specific pathogen.

Everything you post is based in speculative fiction.
Covid has a higher rate of heart related illness. The vaccine isn’t being administered in a vacuum. You can say that the vaccine wasn’t as affective as they say. That’s true. Everyone got Covid anyway. The fact that everyone got Covid anyway makes proving what came from the vaccine damn near impossible.
It will be interesting if this gets litigated. My wife is a 25 year cath lab nurse who is a medical paralegal for a personal injury law firm. The current thinking is those cases are not winnable because of that fact.

I’m opposed to mandates from the government.
I think businesses owners should be allowed to run their business.

For example, before I sold my company I did not mandate the vaccine. There were clients that did. So I left it to the employees. If you want to work on those jobs you have to be vaccinated. So people had to sit home from time to time. The people I was working for had the same rights to require the vaccine that I had not too.

How does COVID-19 affect a person's heart?
