Minors and abortion - Wikipedia
According to this, in several states parents don't have to sign or even be notified for a child's abortion, so I suspect other surgeries would fall under this umbrella to the benefit of the clinic wanting to profit.

Actually there are all kinds of harm, legally speaking, that aren’t allowed to transpire between a parent and a child. I guess legislatively speaking no one thought this was in play, but they were wrong. We have pervs infiltrating the medical profession.

It is Not Ok to allow a 13 year old boy to elect irreversible cosmetic surgery to remove their genitalia.

If that makes me “backward” in 2022 - so be it.

Yeah no. That's not the gist of that Wiki article at all. This excerpt is from the cited source that the Wiki article pulled from.

Your statement assumes that states would adopt a similar law to the abortion consent law for minors for transgender healthcare procedures. Which is a pretty big assumption to make for 50 different states with wildly differing legislative and judicial systems.
