The Real Victim Of Matt Walsh’s Trans Exposé Isn’t Vanderbilt University Medical Center. It’s All The Kids They Maimed

If VUMC could vouch for the ethics of grotesquely mutilating minors, it wouldn’t have wiped its websites promoting the procedures.

Since 2018, the Vanderbilt University Medical Center has unabashedly promoted chemical castration and genital mutilation for minors. Now that The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh exposed how the Nashville-based facility began performing irreversible procedures masked as “gender-affirming care” on kids in 2018 because “it’s a big money maker,” VUMC is reining in its public support for the maiming of children while committing to continuing the practice in private.

These people and I do mean ANY of you that would ruin a child like this before they are old enough to make logical , rational , decisions and give their own legal consent …I hope get an express ticket to hell . You can also bet if that my lot , and there’s a sign up sheet to help torture you , You’ll be getting to know me well . That is all .

I agree. The world seems to be getting more and more evil every day. Wrong is now right and right is now wrong. The same goes for Minor Attracted People. I predict in juat a few short years I will be called narrowminded for not accepting pedophiles as normal people.....These people need to hang from a tree.

There is certainly going to be a push to normalize the term “MAP”.

I don’t care what your 13 year old feels
I don’t care what you, his parents, feel
I don’t care what his therapist says
I don’t care what his team of docs says

It is Not Ok to allow a 13 year old boy to elect irreversible cosmetic surgery to remove their genitalia.

If that makes me “backward” in 2022 - so be it.

Same here. If a 13yo and their parents can't legally decide to let them have a beer HTF can they legally decide to have a sec change surgery?

It seems to me that we have forgotten what “do no harm” means.

We have some folks on here that think all you need is a parental consent and all is cool. That isn’t the point.

I’m sure you can find a lunatic parent that would sign a consent to have both their child’s feet removed. But that is where the physician steps in and calls this inappropriate.

The surgeons and support staff that are doing this should be held accountable. It’s barbaric and wrong. Good grief this is insane.

Not sure why this surprises anybody...it has been out there for awhile. It is actually supported by the Dems..to the point the LGBT community is even distancing themselves.
Sick demented and frankly...this stops now.

Yeah no. That's not the gist of that Wiki article at all. This excerpt is from the cited source that the Wiki article pulled from.

"Because the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that states may not give parents an absolute veto over their child's decision to have an abortion, most state parental involvement requirements include a judicial bypass procedure that allows a minor to receive court approval for an abortion without their parents’ knowledge or consent. Some states require judges to use specific criteria when determining whether to grant a waiver of parental involvement. These criteria can include the young person's intelligence, emotional stability and understanding of the possible consequences of obtaining an abortion. Many states require a judge to use the unusually strict legal standard of “clear and convincing evidence” to determine whether a minor is sufficiently mature and the abortion is in their best interest prior to waiving the parental involvement requirement."

Your statement assumes that states would adopt a similar law to the abortion consent law for minors for transgender healthcare procedures. Which is a pretty big assumption to make for 50 different states with wildly differing legislative and judicial systems.
My rebuttal was to your statement "Doctors literally cannot do anything to a minor without their parent's consent" I shared one very significant example. I did not cite examples where JUdges have issued orders for medical procedures at the request of hospitals for treating minors against parents' wishes.
And I can only assume that the 8 or so states (and the ones that "require" parental notification but parents don't have the right to stop) will be passing laws that will permit children to have these mutilations against parents' wishes due to "religious beliefs"
BTW does anyone know if PP would be in trouble for providing travel to a minor from a state that requires parental approval to a state that doesn't require even parental notification?

It's amazing that we forbid children from buying cigarettes and alcohol before they are 21, vote before they are 18, and drive before 16, but at 9 years old they can make a choice that cannot be reversed.....

As usual, our RINO Republicuck Guv is asleep at the wheel. Chances are good he already knew his was going on and chose to sit on his hands and do nothing.
What's he supposed to do? It's a private business.[/QUOTE]
Vanderbilt Pediatrics may be morally bankrupt, but I don’t know if they’ve broken any laws - probably not if I had to guess.

Yeah, and he's entrenched in the new California enclave of TN called Nashville. A bunch of ****ing liberals have taken over our state. Thank God I live in East Tennessee, where they haven't saturated the mindset yet.

LOL ok boss. So I guess by that logic, Desantis and Trump are Nazi lovers since they refuse to denounce their presence at their rallies.
I guess you mean the libs that dress up like nazis so the media can write a bogus story about their presence at the rally. The fact remains that if you have no opinion on the mutilation of children then you at the very least tolerate it. This is another reason to hate Vandy.

Seems like the market working as it should. There's a demand and they're supply. What are you some kind of communist?
This is how and why they call normal thinking HUMANS racist and transphobes.

Republicans will continue to take it in the a$$ to make media happy.

So you think everything done to a child should be ok as long as it’s the parents doing it?

That’s not at all what’s happening. Parents aren’t forcing their children to do anything.

So you think families shouldn’t be able to make informed medical decisions on elective procedures for themselves?

100% no…. You should not be having elective surgeries for children that are unable to comprehend the positive and negative effects of the surgery. Do you think it is ok for a parent to use their child as a human Guinea pig? People need to start acting with more common sense.

Ok I guess those babies born with deformities are out of luck. Or minor burn victims. They could be helped by a plastic surgeon and their lives improved immensely, but volbeast33 says that’s using them as a Guinea pigs for an elective surgery.

I knew eventually you’d come back around to that . I’ll answer your question then you answer mine . Of course they should it’s their child and as their parent , mentor , guide , teacher and supporter you should be able to do this . My local holistic Dr and I have come up with what we think is the best way to stop my 13 year old from acting gay , locking him in the closet until he starts to “ act right “ seems to be working , should I keep doing this or will our actions harm him down the road ?
