I agree with giving adidas the boot. Kids like the pro-combat unis by nike and that would give us another recruiting tool, albeit a very small one.

So you just throw Tennessee tradition out the window to cater to some kid who is more worried about what uniform he is wearing, than " I will give my all for Tennessee"! Tell to play elsewhere if all they're worried about is what Uniform we wear. Pitiful!

Since you're clearly 12, ill take it easy on you. Do yourself a favor and take a look at the face punchingly stupid crap that Nike puts out and consider what your asking. Nike uniforms suck hard. They are gimmicky and generally just look terrible. Maybe we can switch once they start paying like Adidas and stop putting out garbage but until then, not a chance in he'll.

Again....it does not matter who manufactures our uni's. The administration has final call on what the uni's are made of and what they look like. Nike and UA have no creative advantage on Adidas and the administration would restrict their products as well. The uni conversation is a mute point unless the administration lets the manufacture have complete creative control on the final product.

not necessarily true. We would not have as much control with Nike like we have with Adidas

no one is really getting angry it's just that this is discussed about once a month. The truth is that Nike does not love UT as much as some people love Nike. Adidas takes very good care of UT and values their business (both in time and money). Switching wouldn't necessarily hurt but it really wouldn't help much at all
